A Dayton-area housing portfolio has been sold to a Florida company for over $2 million.
A total of 78 single-family homes and duplexes scattered throughout the city of Springfield were purchased by 2002 Springfield Portfolio LLC of Coral Gables, Florida. The winning bid was $2.12 million, though a 10% buyer’s premium increased the contract price to $2.33 million.
