A two-day online auction of firearms, ammunition and other outdoor supplies went so well that additional auctions are being planned for store locations in South Western Ohio and West Virginia.

Gryphon USA and Richard F. Kruse, Auctioneer will conduct the future auctions. The first auction of Ohio Valley Trading Post drew more than 1,583 registered bidders and resulted in the sale of 6,506 lots.

“There was a lot of demand, and the results exceeded our projection by more than 26 percent. Bidders who didn’t get what they were seeking – and many others – will have more opportunities to obtain a wide range of items, including long guns, handguns, scopes, archery equipment and much more as we sell the inventory of these other locations,” said Kruse.

The two-day auction included Glock, Smith & Wesson, Ruger, Kimber, Springfield Armory and Sig Sauer handguns, as well as long guns manufactured by Browning, Savage, Ruger, Beretta, Mossburg and other manufacturers.

“We will announce the inventories of the future events as soon as they are available, but this will give those who love outdoor sports something to look forward to,” said Kruse.
