Those still wanting to get into the property development business in downtown New Albany could be a click away from owning 2.6 acres in the fast-growing community.
Or at least a portion of it.
Gryphon Auction Group and Borror Properties are marketing 42 N. High St. and 48 N. High St., a third residential property on Miller Avenue and 1.6 acres of vacant land with trees.
