Richard Kruse is in the bad business, and right now, business is very good.
Even after hiring five employees in November, the pressure for Kruse and his company Gryphon USA Ltd. has not let up. Except for meal breaks, Kruse spends most waking hours working the phone, arranging auctions and selling off real estate portfolios.
