Holmes County Manufactory to Sell at Absolute Auction
Columbus, OH - United Country Ohio Realty & Auction Group, A Gryphon USA Company, announces that on Tuesday, November 17, at 10a.m., the former Felsted Products LLC manufacturing plant located at 8351 County Road 245, Holmesville, Ohio will be offered to the public at absolute auction. The auction will be conducted on site by auctioneer Richard Kruse.
"As an absolute auction" Kruse says, "the property will sell to the highest bidder on auction day regardless of price."
This 33,561 square foot building consists of 28,384 square feet of manufacturing area and 5,177 square feet of office space, and sits on 6.862 surveyed acres. The manufactory is outfitted with 16 foot sidewalls and rises to 20 foot center height. Other notable attributes are the spacious lunch room, tool and die area, air conditioned phone and computer systems room, mezzanine with 150 lbs per square foot capacity and fork lift access, and the shipping and receiving areas with raised docks and dock alarm system.
The property is located in an industrial park at the northwest edge of Holmesville, Ohio, centrally positioned between Cleveland and Columbus, within an hour's drive of Akron, and only 20 minutes from Wooster.
Holmes County is noted as a positive growth county with a population in excess of 38,000.
