Housing is a special focus for us and we
take development seriously. Equally important
is assisting communities satisfy commercial
needs.

structures and building infill housing
in both Columbus and Chicago.

clients on remodels and rehabs of their

only in post eviction or REO maintenance.

builders in acquiring and financing residential
developments and have then undertaken
operational positions in the final projects.
