Jack has over 35 years of experience involving all aspects of commercial real estate including site selection and acquisition, feasibility studies, zoning and land use controls, joint ventures, financial arrangements, design, construction and operations. His development experience has ranged from being the principal developer and project owner to providing development and consulting services to other property owners and investors.

Brent is a 20 plus year veteran of the industry representing clients in Ohio, Florida and other states. In 2008 and 2012, he was named by Business First newspaper as a top selling agent in Columbus, Ohio. In April 2011, he received the SYNERGY Award from Blue Rock Midwest. From 2009 to 2011, he served on the City of Columbus’ Property Maintenance Appeals Board.

Both had previously been with Prudential Commercial which has recently been acquired by the residential firm Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
